.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions under mostly clear skies can be
expected tonight, with low temperatures around 50 degrees at the
SAR site. Clouds will begin to roll in early tomorrow morning
ahead of an approaching storm system. While this storm will eject
across northern Utah, a few showers and thunderstorms are still
possible across southern Utah tomorrow, with the most likely
timeframe for these to develop over/near the SAR area between
1100-1600. Brief moderate rain will be possible with the showers
and thunderstorms. Winds will remain relatively inside the canyon.
However, near the canyon rim, southerly winds will increase by
tomorrow morning ahead of the storm system. These winds are
expected to decrease and turn a bit more westerly by
midafternoon.
