.DISCUSSION...A monsoonal pattern continues into early next week,
supporting elevated precipitation/lightning chances as well as
increased chances of wetting rains. With the exception of any
modulation as a result of showers and thunderstorms, winds will
tend to follow a typical terrain driven day/night pattern with
magnitudes generally less than 10 mph. With the increases
precipitation and associated cloud cover, daytime temperatures
will be held a little below normal. By the back half of the work
week on into the weekend drier air will gradually start to move
in, supporting decreasing precipitation chances and increasing
daytime temperatures.
