.DISCUSSION...Moisture will be trending to increase through the day
today in advance of an upper level low pressure system encroaching
from the northwest. Gusty southerly winds will remain in place with
gusts increasing to 25 to 35+ mph midday and afternoon, but RH is
expected to remain above critical levels versus the last few days.
Increasing chances for showers and thunderstorms exist after 15/1600
this afternoon and will remain in place through this evening. The
focus of these storms looks to remain to the west and north of the
wildfire site, but anything in the vicinity will continue to have
an erratic and gusty outflow potential. Drier air will move into the
area later tonight through early Monday morning coincident with
a dry frontal passage between 10-1200 which will switch wind
directions to the northwest.

                    thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
