the Raft River mountains may surge an outflow boundary well ahead
of any convection into the Morgan County Fair area between
1700-2000 this evening. The main impact to the Fair would be a
increase in northwesterly winds, with gusts up to 30 mph. Any threat
of lightning is around 5 percent during the afternoon and evening.
