.DISCUSSION...A diffuse cold front has moved through as of 0930
Tuesday, with northerly winds persisting through the afternoon and
evening. There is a 10 percent chance that winds exceed 30 mph
along ridgelines this afternoon between now and roughly 1500.
After a chance of isolated showers before 1700, skies will largely
clear, with more stable conditions expected. Overnight RH
recoveries will improve compared to last night, however high-
resolution model guidance suggests RH could temporarily dip to in
the mid-20s between 11PM-3AM or so before increasing again.
Conditions tomorrow will be drier than today, with clear skies and
lighter winds.
