.DISCUSSION...A dry airmass will remain in place over the area
this afternoon through tonight with no showers or thunderstorms
expected at the event site. Warm and very dry conditions persist,
with minimum afternoon relative humidity falling to near 10% or
less. Additionally, poor overnight humidity recovery is expected.
Winds will remain enhanced out of the south through early this
evening with gusts exceeding your 20 mph threshold. Winds should
decreasing after 2000, though gusts to around 20 mph will remain
possible through late evening.
