.DISCUSSION...Winds generally expected to follow a typical diurnal
pattern, with light east/down-terrain winds generally favored
overnight into the morning, and west/up-terrain winds then
becoming more favored early afternoon into the evening hours. Some
gusty and erratic outflow winds will be possible from any showers
or thunderstorms that develop in near enough vicinity. To that
end, initial surge of some monsoonal moisture will result in
increasing precipitation chances. The highest precipitation
chances are noted during the afternoon hours, though a nocturnal
shower or two cannot be entirely ruled out. Activity will tend to
be a bit higher based at the onset of this surge, and thus a bit
drier in nature. By Sunday into early next week, the
moisture surge becomes more pronounced, activity becomes wetter
and more widespread, temperatures trend down, and humidity trends
up.
