* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...South Central Carbon County in central Utah...
  Northwestern Emery County in central Utah...

* WHEN...Until 530 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.  Basement
  flooding has been reported.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 236 PM MDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the
    warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Price, Huntington, Wellington, Castle Dale, Orangeville,
    Cleveland, Elmo and Kenilworth.
