.The Flood Watch for flash flooding has been expanded to include
Friday afternoon and evening for portions of southwest and south
central Utah. Flood Watches for flash flooding continue for this
afternoon and evening for a large portion of southern Utah.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, Bryce
  Canyon Country, South Central Utah, Southern Mountains, Upper
  Sevier River Valleys, Lower Washington County, Southwest Utah and
  Zion National Park.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive rainfall may result in flooding of slot
  canyons, normally dry washes, slick rock areas, recent burn scars
  including Forsyth, France Canyon, Cottonwood, and Monroe Canyon,
  and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
