At 227 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms from sabana Grande to Hormigueros and from Villalba to
Penuelas, moving west at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Very heavy rain and frequent lightning. Some gusty winds.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Dangerous cloud-to-ground lightning.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Magas Arriba,
Palmarejo, Liborio Negron Torres, Boqueron, Rio Canas Abajo, Sabana
Eneas, Maricao, Betances, Marueno, and Lluveras.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
