PUERTO RICO THROUGH 400 PM AST...

At 305 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Patillas, moving southwest at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, frequent lightning, and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Guayama, Arroyo, Maunabo, Yabucoa, Patillas, Cayey, Emajagua,
Corazon, Jobos, Palmas, Playita, Olimpo, Martorell, Buena Vista,
Yaurel, Palo Seco, Rosa Sanchez, Lamboglia, La Plena, and El Negro.
