CENTRAL AND WESTERN INTERIOR THROUGH 445 PM AST...

At 403 PM AST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms near
Jayuya and Ciales. These thunderstorms were nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Funnel cloud possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Jayuya, Adjuntas, Utuado, Villalba, Ciales, Lares, Florida, Barahona,
Quebrada, Juncal, and Cayuco.
