* Special Marine Warning for...
  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

* Until 545 PM AST.

* At 451 PM AST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over mainly areas of the coastal Atlantic
  waters, moving north at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* The severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
