* At 234 PM AST, A strong thunderstorm was located over open waters
  of Mona Passage Southward to 17N, Coastal Waters of Northwestern
  Puerto Rico out 10 NM and Coastal Waters of Southwestern Puerto
  Rico out 10 NM zones, moving west at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Mona Passage Southward to 17N, Coastal Waters
  of Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM and Coastal Waters of
