  Mona Passage Southward to 17N...

* Until 445 PM AST.

* At 412 PM AST, a strong thunderstorm was located over the Mona
  Channel, about 25 miles north of Mona Island, moving northeast at
  10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
