  between 35 and 45 mph, and locally higher up to 50 mph.


* WHERE...Portions of Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM AST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
