AST SUNDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  5 to 7 ft expected.

* WHERE...Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix
  south to 17N.

* WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to midnight AST Sunday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
