* WHAT...East winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas
  4 to 7 ft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM and
  Coastal Waters of Northwestern Puerto Rico out 10 NM.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM AST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
