...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...

At 525 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
over western offshore Atlantic Waters around 45 miles NW of
Aguadilla, moving west at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
