...STRONG SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP...

At 714 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated strong showers and
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
waterspouts. These thunderstorms were located over mainly near
the Anegada Passage, Caribbean, and Atlantic waters. The strongest
thunderstorms were located over the Atlantic waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
