...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Anegada Passage east of Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix south to
  17N...
  Caribbean Waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N, including the
  Coastal Waters of Saint Croix...
  Coastal Waters east of Puerto Rico, around Vieques, and around and
  just north of Culebra and Saint John...
  Coastal Waters of Southern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 617 AM AST, Doppler radar indicated a group of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
lightning. This thunderstorms were located over mainly areas of
Caribbean Waters and the Anegada Passage, moving west at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
