            A landslide involving rocks was observed
            along PR-1 in the direction from Aibonito
            toward Cayey, in front of Cactus Concept
            Garden Center and near Carne Puerko Bar. The
            landslide extended into the roadway and
            completely obstructed the right travel lane.
