            Social media report indicated that PR-123
            near Hacienda Buena Vista, was blocked due
            to a downed tree that impacted a utility
            pole. The pole fell and was emitting sparks,
            creating a hazardous situation. Elderly
            individuals were reported to be near the
            scene, and there was currently no vehicle
            access through the road.
