            US Coast Guard watchstanders received a
            report of four surfers in distress at Playa
            Los Tubos. Watchstanders also coordinated
            with Manat Office of Emergency Management
            and Puerto Rico Police Joint Forces of Rapid
            Action in Vega Baja. Despite challenging
            marine conditions, all four surfers
            reportedly exited the water safely.
