            A fallen tree, brought down by strong winds,
            knocked over a lamp post on PR-777 at around
            noon. This occured near Colmado Los Rivera
            and MMM Aguas Buenas Church in Barrio
            Caguitas, Aguas Buenas. Additionally, the
            report indicates that soil in the area was
            saturated due to recent rainfall.
