            The Emergency Manager reported that a creek
            located behind Larcoop Cooperative Bank in
            Utuado has overflowed its banks, affecting
            multiple roads near the area. Despite the
            flooding, all affected roads remain
            passable. According to radar estimates,
            approximately 1 to 4 inches of rainfall have
            been reported.
