This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
Across northern Puerto Rico, the adjoining waters and the
Caribbean Sea. Be aware of thunderstorms in your area and be
prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes.

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those
individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors
without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone particularly along the northern coasts of Puerto Rico
and Culebra.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

Limited amounts of excessive heat will be seen each day except
Tuesday in the lower elevations. There is a threat of localized
urban and small stream flooding each day with thunderstorms
possible. Small craft advisory conditions are expected Sunday
through Wednesday. Winds will exceed 20 mph/17 knots Sunday
through Tuesday. There will be a moderate to high risk of rip
currents on beaches with northern exposure.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those
individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors
without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone particularly in Saint Croix.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

There will be a limited risk of excessive heat each day. Urban and
gust flooding with ponding of water will be possible each day
except Sunday and Friday. There is a limited risk of thunderstorms
Sunday and Tuesday. The risk of winds and seas hazardous to small
craft is elevated in and around the U.S. Virgin Islands each day.
There is a moderate to high risk of rip currents each day.
