This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Numerous thunderstorms are possible across western
Puerto Rico. Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to
shelters.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes.

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those
individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors
without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. Southern
Puerto Rico will feel it the most.

.Wind...Windy conditions--especially near thunderstorms. Outdoor
items could blow around or be damaged.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet are coming
into the Atlantic waters later this afternoon and tonight.
Hazardous conditions for small craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the
surf zone particularly along coasts with a northern and
northwestern exposure.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Heat levels will gradually diminish later this week. Areas of
high rip current risk will continue throughout the period. Some
thunderstorm activity will occur each day. Windy conditions of
greater than 20mph/17 knots are possible through Tuesday. Small
craft advisory conditions are expected in the Mona Channel and
the local Atlantic waters through Tuesday.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of USVI.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
in and around the U.S. Virgin Islands. Be aware of thunderstorms
in your area and be prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Ponding of water in roads and poorly
drained areas. Urban and gut flooding is possible.

.Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects primarily those
individuals extremely sensitive to heat, especially when outdoors
without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.

.Wind...Breezy conditions. Unsecured items could blow around.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet will move
into the Atlantic waters tonight. Hazardous conditions for small
craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are likely in the
surf zone particularly along the northern beaches of Saint Thomas
and the eastern half of Saint Croix.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

There is a limited risk of excessive heat through Thursday.
Thunderstorms may cause some urban and gut flooding tomorrow and
Friday. Small craft advisory conditions are expected in the local
Atlantic waters through Tuesday. There is a high risk of rip
currents for some beaches each day.
