.DISCUSSION...

For tonight, a drier air mass with Saharan dust ahead of a
tropical wave will briefly promote fair weather conditions.
However, moisture content will increase around midnight, and
passing showers with brief periods of moderate to locally heavy
downpours are possible through the overnight hours across eastern
Puerto Rico as the tropical wave moves across the area. Winds
should prevail from the east at 10 mph or less, with stronger
gusts near showers.
