.DISCUSSION...
An increase in moisture due to the passage of a tropical wave
south of the islands will maintain RH mainly above critical
values. However, if most of the moisture from the wave stays
south, values could drop near fire weather thresholds by this
afternoon, especially along the southern plains of PR. Easterly
winds will be between 10 and 20 mph, with sea breeze variations.
Therefore, we expect a low to locally moderate fire danger threat
for today.
