.DISCUSSION...
For today, RH values are forecast to drop into the mid to upper
40s across the southern coastal plains early in the day. However,
as the winds increase due to the influence of the sea breeze, RH
are expected to increase later in the day. In addition, increased
cloudiness and scattered showers are possible early this afternoon
across the western and southwestern areas. Given the expected
conditions, there is a low fire danger risk today.
