.DISCUSSION...
A prefrontal trough will increase the available moisture across
the islands, although RH values will dip into low-critical values
in isolated locations, especially across the southern slopes. The
rainfall deficit continues across PR`s south-central and western
areas, where high KBDI values remain. Today, we cannot rule out
isolated elevated risks of fire weather conditions, especially in
the regions that have not received rain.
