.DISCUSSION...
A few occasional showers arriving mainly across the windward
locations during the morning and afternoon isolated showers
expected to develop mainly over southwest Puerto Rico. Winds will
continue mainly from the east at 10 to 15 mph, with higher gusts
and sea breeze fluctuations, but increasing over the next few days.
RH values will briefly drop near the critical range (55 percent)
along the southern slopes and plains of PR. Expect a similar trend
over the next days.
