Cloudiness and passing showers will result in RH values stay above
the fire danger thresholds for today. Winds will remain from the
E-SE up to 15 knots during the late morning hours into the
afternoon hours. Although soils conditions at the surface southern
plains remain under critical conditions, today conditions will not
favor fire danger conditions.
