.DISCUSSION...
A tropical wave will continue to move over the region today,
promoting heavy showers and thunderstorm activity, particularly
over the central mountain range; and portions of western and
southern Puerto Rico. Winds will prevail from the ESE at 10 to 15
mph across the area. Relative humidity trend suggests values to
remain at near normal thresholds over the southern coastal plains
of Puerto Rico (55%). At this time, the fire danger threat will
remain low today.
