.DISCUSSION...
Showers and isolated thunderstorms will develop across the
PR`s southwest quadrant this afternoon. Although KBDI values
remain above fire danger thresholds and RH values will drop into
the upper 40s, the limiting factor will be the expected east to
northeast winds that will remain between 8 and 16 mph with higher
gusts. We will continue to monitor the conditions closely for any
update.
