.DISCUSSION...
Although a surge of moisture will drop near critical levels today,
the limiting factor could be the wind speeds, as we are
forecasting winds to drop, especially during the driest period. We
will be vigilant of the evolution of the fire weather conditions
due to the combination of the rainfall deficit across PR`s south-
central and western areas with the high KBDI values that are still
borderline. We also, expect rain activity to develop this
afternoon across some these locations. Winds will range between
10 and 20 mph, with stronger gusts, mainly due to sea breezes.
