.DISCUSSION...
Increased moisture and northeasterly winds will dominate the
region through at least late afternoon resulting in RH values in
the upper 50s to the lower 60s. Winds at southern PR at or above
15 mph with higher gusts, especially near the afternoon showers
and t-storms that are forecast today. Several areas at southern
Puerto Rico have also received 1 to 2.5 inches, locally higher,
of rainfall yesterday. Given the expected conditions, the fire
danger threat will remain low for today.
