Today, southeasterly winds between 6 to 12 mph will prevail
across the area. Relative humidity trend suggests values near to
slightly above thresholds over the southern coastal plains of
Puerto Rico (near 57%). Afternoon showers and thunderstorms are
expected over the mountain ranges into portions of southern and
western Puerto Rico. At this time, the fire danger threat will
remain low today.
