Once again, the winds will continue from the east to east-
southeast at 9 to 18 mph with gusts at 15 to 25 mph (mainly due to
sea breeze) across the forecast area today. Humidity will drop
into the mid or low 50 percent, especially across southern PR and
St Croix, where KBDI still above the threshold values. However, we
expect a low fire danger risk.
