.DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered showers will continue during the morning
hours and early afternoon. According to the soil saturation
latest values, soil conditions continue on a drying trend across
the southern coastal plains and northwestern of Puerto Rico.
Breezy easterly to northeasterly winds will remain in place across
the islands over the next few days. Minimum relative humidity
values can drop below fire weather criteria across the southern
plains today. Therefore, we encourage fire weather partners to
remain vigilant, especially in those areas.
