.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be breezy with RH values at or above threshold values
(~55%) over portions of the southern coastal plains of Puerto Rico
and the US Virgin Islands. As a trade wind perturbation continues
to move across the area, breezy conditions can bring showers over
windward areas. Given the expected conditions, the fire danger
threat should continue low for today, but conditions will be
monitored for any update.
