.DISCUSSION...
Conditions continue to dry out across the region, with low
relative humidities and high winds. Values of RH could go as low
as 45%, and winds out of the east at 15-18 mph, with stronger
gusts. These conditions would favor the spread of any fire
ignition, especially along the southern plains of Puerto Rico.
However, the KBDI values still not meet the criteria for a Fire
Weather Statement. Regardless, a moderate risk exist for today.
