.DISCUSSION...
Sustained winds will generally be below threshold values while RH
values are generally at or above threshold values (~55%) over
portions most of the southern coastal plains of Puerto Rico and
the US Virgin Islands, with the exception of the southwest coastal
plains which are forecast to stay slightly below threshold values.
Given the expected conditions, the fire danger threat should
continue low for today, but conditions will be monitored for any
update.
