.DISCUSSION...
This afternoon, showers will form over land, mainly downwind from
the mountains and where the sea breeze is strongest, with the
most active weather expected in southwest Puerto Rico. Minimum RH
values are expected to remain above the 55% critical level. Winds
will be mainly from the northeast at around 10 to 15 mph, with
higher gusts and sea breeze variations. Winds will become lighter
Tuesday and Wednesday, keeping the risk low.
