.DISCUSSION...
The fire weather danger will be low today. KBDI values remain
above fire danger thresholds across Guanica (580) and Cabo Rojo
(615) with RH values remaining above threshold criteria. This
moisture will limit drying conditions and reduce the potential for
rapid fire spread. Additionally, winds are forecast to remain
below and occasionally reach 15 mph along the southern coastal
plains. Nevertheless, conditions will continue to be closely
monitored throughout the day for any rapid changes.
