.DISCUSSION...
A tropical wave will result in cloudiness and passing showers
along the southern coastal plain of Puerto Rico. This conditions
will kept the RH values above the fire danger threshold today.
Winds will continue from the east at 15 knots or less with gusty
winds near coastal areas and near the strongest showers in the
afternoon. KDBI and soil conditions remain in critical levels,
however given the expect conditions, there is a low risk of fire
danger.
