.DISCUSSION...
Drier conditions are expected to prevail today. However, moisture
associated with a vigorous tropical wave (Invest 90L) will
approach the local islands today, enhancing the potential for
showery weather and few isolated thunderstorms. Today, east to
southeasterly winds will maintain RH values near the threshold
values for fire danger. Nonetheless, since wetting rains were
observed in the past week, the risk of fire spreading will remain
low.
