.DISCUSSION...
While slightly drier conditions are possible between late this
morning and early this afternoon, with low relative humidity
briefly dropping below fire danger thresholds, winds are forecast
to remain below 15 mph for the most part. Despite high KDBI values
across fire-prone areas of southern Puerto Rico, these factors
combined will generally support a low fire danger threat today,
though fire spread remains possible if an ignition occurs in
especially dry areas with significant amounts of fuels.
