.DISCUSSION...
An upper-level through north of the area will enhance the the
diurnally induced afternoon shower activity over western Puerto
Rico today, and limited showers expected for the rest of the area.
Today, RH values could drop to near fire danger criteria across
the southern slopes of Puerto Rico. Moderate easterly trade winds
will prevail throughout the day. At this time a Fire Danger
Statement will not be issued. However, we will continue to monitor
the conditions throughout the day to see if conditions warrant.
