...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM AST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...River flooding due to previous rainfall activity is
  expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Manati, along Rio Grande de Manati.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM AST.

* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
  be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
  It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to
  work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1101 PM AST, The USGS river gauge still above flood stage,
    making impassable portions near PR-2 from La Vuelta Nutrition
    Club to Paso Real. Flooding is ongoing.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
