USGS river sensors have reported various waters surges, suggesting Rio Blanco is currently at moderate flood stage. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, affecting roads PR-191 and PR-31, near exit towards highway PR-53. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
