...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall and runoff continues
  to be possible.

* WHERE...Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands


* WHEN...Through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding
  may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings
  may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - The outer bands of Erin will continue to produce areas of
    heavy rainfall today across the Virgin Islands and Puerto
    Rico. Rainfall totals of 3 to 6 inches, with isolated totals
    of 8 inches, are expected. Locally considerable flash and
    urban flooding, along with landslides or mudslides, are
    possible.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
