Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Feeding bands to the south of Erin, drawing moisture from the Caribbean, will continue to produce periods of moderate to heavy rainfall across the region. Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches, with isolated amounts up to 6 inches, have already fallen. An additional 1 to 2 inches, with isolated up to 4 inches are expected, mainly across southern and eastern Puerto Rico.
